Please join the Ely Businesses for a night of trick-or-treating. On Tuesday, October 22nd, from 5-7pm, the businesses of Ely will be handing out treats for Halloween on Dows Street.
Dows street will be closed to through-traffic during the event with Trunk-or-Treat spots handing out candy as well.
