National Geographic Wild Cards and Puzzles

Hours of Family Fun!

By Charlotte Linde Publisher/Editor August 30, 2012
As you know my family has had the opportunity to review some pretty terrific toys from National Geographic and Uncle Milton.  This week we had a ton of fun putting together a beautiful Foil Peacock Puzzle and playing card games!

My family is just starting to really get into puzzles!  We were able to put together a beautiful Nat Geo Foil Peacock Puzzle and it was just perfect for my 8 year old son~ and us!  It had some tricky parts that we worked on together and before we knew it the puzzle was finished.  I have to say, the peacock puzzle is really beautiful with the shimmery bright colors.  If my son didn't want to take it apart to be able to put together again, I would think about framing it!

There are other puzzles available as well including Penguins, Shark Reef, Lions and the list goes on! With so many options you are sure to find one that your little one will love!
My daughter just about tore apart the box to get at the Nat Geo Wild Four Classic Card Games by Uncle Milton.  The cards are perfect size and sturdy for little hands.    The tin container that the cards come in is perfect for storage unlike most card board boxes.  This tin is full of four card games  Yep~ four of them! You will be able to choose from Crazy Apes, Go Divin, King of the Jungle, and Old Ellie.  And yes they are the same classics that we use to play as kids! I would have to say that Go Divin (go fish) and King of the Jungle (War) are this families top two, but we love them all.  These were perfect for our rainy weekend and was a nice change to turn the tube off for a few hours and spend some quality time together.

I really recommend these puzzles and cards... they truly were a hit with my kiddos, and the rest of the family!
