Eastern Iowa NFL League was founded in 2017 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa by Arnold Smith, a dad who wanted something more for the kids. This league was started to teach kids different aspects of the game other than running the ball. Your child will be taught to throw, catch, how to play, and read defensive coverages, and most importantly teamwork and sportsmanship.
Our goal is to teach our aspiring youth the intricate aspects of football. We are dedicated to growing their overall understanding of football concepts, schemes, and knowledge of the work ethic required to take their dreams to the next level. We will foster a structured and collective approach to teaching them teamwork, sportsmanship, and how to thrive in a competitive environment. We will strive to help them grow in regard to character, academics, and skill while building future leaders in whatever endeavors on which they embark!

Hurry - practices will start the week of May 17. Team scrimmages will be on May 26 and 27, and regular-season games will start Sunday, May 30. The playoffs will be on July 17 & 18. The Super Bowl will be held Sunday, July 25.
