We realize there is a great gap for tweens and teens. Seems there is always something to do for wee ones, but not as much for the big kids. Stay tuned for a featured article each week just for tweens and teens. We will be highlighting events, and feature a fun topic written by a local teen or tween! Baby Sitter Worthy Events
Soon we will also be adding "Baby Sitter Worthy" Events in a featured article each week. This will highlight events for Parents or Caregivers wanting a night out. An event that is Baby Sitter Worthy. We understand its not often we get to go out, and that it can be pricey when having to get a sitter - so these events will be top on our list and "worthy".

Cedar Rapids Indoor Marketplace at HY-VEE! Yep, you heard that right! This month we are moving our marketplace to the Johnson Ave Hy-Vee in Cedar Rapids on January 30th! Come and enjoy specials from Hy-Vee and local businesses ready to serve you with a smile!
Our Annual KidsFest Summer Camp and Pre-School Expo will be held on February 20th at the US Cellular Center. As always, free and open to the public. If you are a school, camp or organization that would like to join us, please email me at charlottel@macaronikid.com
It's our 5th Easter Egg-stravaganza! This year we will be partnering with Lindale Mall once again on March 26th to bring you a Free Family Fun Day.
MOMS NIGHT OUT! Can you believe this will be our 5th Annual? This year, yet again, we will be at the Cedar Ridge Winery on May 26th. Save the date, you do not want to miss this one. Tickets are limited and will be on sale soon!
